Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ESLT) (TASE: ESLT)  U.S. subsidiary, Elbit Systems of America signed a Definitive Agreement to Acquire Harris Night Vision in Roanoke Virginia (500 employees) for $350m
